This Privacy Policy describes how Sticker Collector Trader collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile app and website. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect: account information (your name, email, and password — or, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the email and name returned by those providers); profile content (your avatar photo, friend code, and language preference); collection activity (your sticker collections, missing and duplicate lists, friend connections, and trade history); mobile identifiers (push notification tokens and, if you grant tracking permission, the advertising identifier — IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android); diagnostic data (crash logs and app events sent to PostHog for product analytics, linked to your user ID); and website data (when you visit our website, we collect your IP address, browser type, and pages visited).
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate your account, sync your collection across devices, connect you with other collectors, calculate trade matches, send notifications about trades and friend requests, display ads in the mobile app, prevent fraud or abuse, improve product quality through analytics, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and mobile identifiers
On the website we use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. In the mobile app we use push notification tokens via Firebase Cloud Messaging and, when you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, the advertising identifier for ad personalization. You can revoke tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob in the mobile app to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your previous activity. You can opt out of personalized advertising on iOS by denying tracking permission in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or on Android in Settings → Privacy → Ads. Third-party services
We share information with service providers that help us operate the service: Supabase (authentication, database, and avatar storage), Railway (web hosting), Firebase by Google (push notifications and remote configuration), Google AdMob (mobile advertising), Apple (Sign in with Apple authentication), Google (Google Sign-In authentication), and PostHog (product analytics and crash reporting). These providers only access information necessary to perform their functions and are required to protect it.
Data retention
We retain your account information and collection data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be retained indefinitely.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and personal data at any time directly from the mobile app: go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account is removed from our authentication system and all associated data (profile, sticker collection, connections, trades, avatar) is wiped. If you cannot access your account, you can also request deletion by emailing us at jesusandressoares@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days. Some data may remain briefly in encrypted backups (typically up to 30 days) before being permanently removed.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to processing, restrict processing, or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days).
Children's privacy
Sticker Collector Trader is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at the email below and we will delete it promptly.
International data transfers
Sticker Collector Trader is operated globally, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence — including the United States, where some of our service providers (Supabase, Railway, Google, Apple) operate servers. We rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable to protect your data during such transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or with an in-app notice before they take effect. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
